Born in Johannesburg, Vito hailed from a long line of vegetable farmers, tracing his family’s farming roots back to 1889. As a fourth-generation South African farmer, Vito’s deep connection to the land and his unwavering commitment to excellence propelled him to extraordinary heights of success.

This ensures year-round production of consistent quality, making Greenway Farms the continent’s largest carrot grower. They also produces 40% of Southern Africa’s carrots.
